On our way we have a short stop at Shkopet and Ulza town, the town of Burrel and Bulqiza. During this time we can choose lunch time near Shkopeti Lake or along the shores of the Black Drini River.
Around 14:00 we arrive in Peshkopi.
After accommodation at the hotel or guest house and after short break, we will continue the city tour. Also depending on the time we can visit one of the historical, cultural and natural monuments that can be accessed depending on the time.
Around 20:00 dinner and dinner plan for the second day of the tour.
Day 2 (about 8 hours walking)
Breakfast around 7:30 am
At 8:30 departure to the village of Popinar.
At 9:20 we start climbing to Mount Velivar (2300m / sea)
Around 13:30 we are on the top where we eat lunch and have time to take pictures. At 16:30 we are at the apartment (alpine houses) where we spend the night.
While staying at alpine houses, we can have a walk at the Pasture or prepare some barbeque until dinner is served around 19:30.
** In cases when time / weather is not in favor, a shorter route is chosen.
Day 3
Breakfast around 07:00 am and at around 08:00 am we start walking.
Around 10:00 am the first stop to take pictures at the border crossing point with Macedonia.
At 12:00 we have lunch and picnic breaks at the place called “Kroi i Gjyshes”.
At 14:30 we are in Rabdisht village. Here we choose to have a break for a coffee and visit the traditional houses of the area.
