Using Our Product and Services
You may only access our Products and Services via the interface and instructions that we have provided. We may suspend or stop providing our services to you if you fail to comply with our terms or policies.
Using our Products and Services does not give you ownership or rights of usage to any intellectual property or content outside of our Services. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the rights to use or alter any branding or logos used in our Services, including third-parties except for their consent.
Our Services display some content that is not Tradition and Adventure’s. These content are the soleresponsibility of the entities that makes it available. We may review these content and may remove or refuse to display content that we believe violates our policies.
In connection with your use of our Services, We may send you marketing announcement, administrative messages, and other information, which you may choose to opt out of some of those communications.
Travel Club
You may need a Tradition and Adventure in order to use some of our Services. You may create your own Tradition and Adventure, or you may be assigned an account by the administrator.
To protect your Travel Club Account, please keep your password safe and confidential. You are responsible for the activities on your Travel Club Account.
Privacy and Copyright Protection
Tradition and Adventure data protection policy explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Products and Services. By using our Products and Services, you agree that Tradition and Adventure can use such data in accordance with our data protection policy.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our Services using reasonable level of skill and technology commercially available. Other than these Terms and/or other Terms and Conditions set out for our respective Services and Third-Parties/Suppliers Terms and Conditions, which we may be unable to make any commitments about the content within the Products and Services, the specific operation of the Products and Services, or their reliability, availability or ability to meet your needs. However, we will do our best to ensure that the content of our Products and Services are reliable and available, but we provide theProducts and Services “AS IT IS”.
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your access or use of our Products and Services.
The total liability of Tradition and Adventure, Third-Parties/Suppliers, for any claims under these Terms and/or other Terms and Conditions set out for our respective Services and Third- Parties/Suppliers Terms and Conditions, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid to us for our Products and Services.
In all cases, Tradition and Adventure, and its Third-Parties/Suppliers, will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
Business/Company uses of our Products and Services
If you are using our Products and Services on behalf of a business/company, that business/company accepts these Terms and all other Terms and Conditions set out for our respective Services and Third-Parties/Suppliers Terms and Conditions. It will hold harmless and indemnify Tradition and Adventure and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of our Products and Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising fromclaims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.
About these Terms
Tradition and Adventure reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate all or any part of the terms and additional terms, at any time without notice.
